OtakuStream is a media discovery and viewing interface designed to help users search for and discover movies, television programs, anime, and related media information.

The service combines externally sourced metadata with third-party playback integrations. OtakuStream does not represent itself as the owner or publisher of the audiovisual works that may be referenced through external services.

Features, providers, metadata sources, playback methods, and other parts of the service may be changed, removed, or replaced at any time.

OtakuStream may use links, embedded players, playback references, APIs, and other services operated by third parties.

These third-party services are independently operated and are outside the control of OtakuStream. Their availability, content, advertisements, policies, technical behavior, representations, and terms may change without notice.

OtakuStream does not independently certify or guarantee that a third-party provider has authorization from every applicable copyright owner to make particular media available.

OtakuStream does not intentionally operate a proprietary library or catalog of audiovisual works for on-demand distribution from its own media collection.

The website may provide links, embedded players, or integrations that allow a user's browser or device to interact with external playback services. Where playback is supplied by an external provider, that provider is responsible for the underlying media delivery.

The removal of a link or reference from OtakuStream does not necessarily remove the underlying material from an external service.

OtakuStream does not claim that any statutory safe-harbour, exemption, or other legal protection automatically applies to every activity or item accessible through the service. Any applicable protection depends on the facts, the applicable law, and compliance with the conditions imposed by that law.

Where required or appropriate, OtakuStream may review, restrict, disable, remove, or otherwise act upon links, playback references, provider integrations, or other material within its control in response to applicable law, a valid legal direction, or a sufficiently supported rights complaint.

This section describes OtakuStream's intended operational approach and is not a legal determination that OtakuStream qualifies for any particular statutory protection.

Copyright and other intellectual-property rights in audiovisual works belong to their respective owners or licensors.

OtakuStream does not claim ownership of third-party audiovisual works referenced through the service.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws when using OtakuStream and any third-party services accessed through it.

You are responsible for your use of OtakuStream, including the media you choose to access, the playback requests you initiate, and the third-party services you choose to visit or use.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you access it.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer ownership of third-party content to OtakuStream or to represent that third-party content is authorized by every applicable rights holder.

OtakuStream is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, quality, legality, reliability, or continued operation of any third-party service, embed, API, or playback provider.

Third-party services may become unavailable, change their behavior, remove content, introduce advertisements, impose restrictions, or otherwise modify their services without notice to OtakuStream.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OtakuStream and its operators shall not be responsible for losses, damages, interruptions, or claims arising from the use of third-party services, third-party content, external links, playback providers, service interruptions, or circumstances outside OtakuStream's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

OtakuStream may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the service at any time.

This may include changes to search functionality, metadata providers, playback integrations, third-party providers, website features, APIs, or other technical components.

We are not obligated to maintain any particular feature or third-party integration indefinitely.

OtakuStream may restrict or terminate access to the service where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its infrastructure, other users, or third-party services.

Access may also be restricted where a user violates these Terms, attempts to abuse the service, engages in unlawful activity, or attempts to circumvent technical or security measures.

OtakuStream may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service, applicable requirements, technical functionality, or operating practices.

The updated version will be published on this page. Your continued use of OtakuStream after an updated version is published constitutes your continued use of the service subject to the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be restricted in the jurisdiction applicable to a particular user.

Any governing-law or jurisdiction-specific provisions should be interpreted in accordance with the actual legal structure and operating jurisdiction of OtakuStream.
