OtakuStream provides an interface through which users can search for and discover movies, television programs, anime, episodes, and related media information.

OtakuStream uses external services for media-related information and identification. Playback functionality is provided through integrations with independently operated third-party playback services.

OtakuStream does not claim ownership of copyrighted audiovisual works made available by those independent services.

OtakuStream's presentation of a title, provider, playback reference, or third-party player should not be interpreted as a representation that the relevant media has been authorized by every applicable copyright owner.

Playback may be provided through embedded players or externally operated playback services. Those services are independently operated and are outside OtakuStream's ownership and day-to-day control.

Third-party providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, advertising, content, technical requirements, and copyright practices. Users access and use those services at their own discretion and subject to the applicable rules of those services.

OtakuStream does not independently certify, guarantee, or represent that a particular third-party provider is authorized by every applicable copyright owner to make every item of media available.

A third-party playback source appearing within OtakuStream does not by itself constitute an endorsement, authorization, ownership claim, or statement regarding the legal status of the underlying media.

OtakuStream does not represent that any statutory exemption, safe-harbour protection, or other legal defense automatically applies to every activity, service, provider, link, or item of information accessible through the platform. Any applicable protection depends on the facts, the relevant law, and compliance with the conditions imposed by that law.

Where applicable, OtakuStream may review, restrict, disable, remove, or otherwise act upon links, playback references, integrations, or other material within its control when required by applicable law, a valid legal direction, or a sufficiently supported rights complaint.

OtakuStream may also take reasonable measures to prevent or restrict access to material that it determines should not remain accessible through its own interface.

This section is intended to describe OtakuStream's operational approach and does not constitute a legal determination that OtakuStream qualifies for any particular statutory protection.

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that a page, link, playback reference, or other material accessible through OtakuStream infringes your rights, you may contact us directly.

To allow us to identify and review a complaint, please provide as much of the following information as applicable:

• Identification of the copyrighted work or works that you believe have been infringed.
• The specific OtakuStream page, title, episode, link, or playback reference concerned.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material or third-party source, including its URL where available.
• Your name and contact information.
• An explanation of your good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the relevant rights holder, its agent, or applicable law.
• A statement that the information supplied is accurate and, where applicable, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the relevant rights holder.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Copyright and rights-related complaints received by OtakuStream may be reviewed based on the information supplied and the material or reference identified in the complaint.

Where appropriate, OtakuStream may remove or disable the relevant OtakuStream page, link, playback reference, provider integration, or other material that is within its control.

A complaint concerning an external playback provider does not necessarily mean that OtakuStream can remove the underlying media from that provider. OtakuStream does not control the independent infrastructure of third-party playback services.

Where the underlying material is maintained or distributed by an independent third party, rights holders may also need to contact that provider directly.

OtakuStream may consider the completeness and reliability of the information supplied when reviewing a complaint and may request additional information where reasonably necessary.

External providers, embedded players, APIs, community services, and other third-party integrations may provide information or content that OtakuStream does not independently control.

Such third-party material may change or become unavailable without notice. OtakuStream does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, availability, completeness, or authorization status of third-party content.

OtakuStream may modify, replace, disable, or discontinue a third-party integration where technically, operationally, or legally appropriate.

Third-party services remain responsible for the content, systems, and services they independently provide.

This page describes OtakuStream's intended role, technical playback model, relationship with external services, and approach to copyright-related complaints.

It is not intended to make a legal determination concerning the copyright status of any particular work, provider, link, playback reference, or third-party service.

OtakuStream does not claim ownership of third-party audiovisual works and does not represent that third-party providers are authorized by every applicable copyright holder.

Nothing on this page should be interpreted as a waiver of any rights, defenses, limitations, exemptions, or remedies available under applicable law.

Nothing on this page overrides any applicable law, court order, governmental direction, or other legally binding requirement.
